Order processing hours are: Mon-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Our aim is to dispatch your order with you 2-5 working days after it is placed. 

If you have placed your order at the weekend, your order will begin to be processed on the next available working day which is Monday, in the case of a Public Holiday the next available working day is Tuesday. 

In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is not available we will contact you within this time frame informing you of this and to arrange a refund or substitution
